Making the Perfect Bandanna

When I'm rummaging through my baskets of fabric, I notice the colours and designs and think of my little Jessie Bear. I imagine her wearing a pretty bandanna made from the piece i'm holding. I imagine Jess posing in them, playing in them and looking all of the spunky little mischief maker that she was.

When Jess was going through her cancer surgery, i dressed her in my Tshirts so that she would be free of the terrible plastic collar that vets make them wear but these were always a little bulky for her little frame. Although, as her mom, she always looked gorgeous to me. I wish i could have given her a little outfit or bandanna to wear.

Now, in the aftermath of losing her, i've come to meet many new fur friends, through business and personal life. Her memory will always be with me and it is in her memory that i make these individual and unique bandannas
